A paragraph about you: I am a PhD student in Computer Engineering at Purdue University, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. I am working in the impactful world of computational genomics, and I build scalable algorithms for genomic data. I completed my Masters at Purdue University in Summer 2012 specializing in high performance computing and parallel computing systems from Purdue University. I completed by Bachelors in Computer Engineering with Distinction from Pune University, India in Summer 2010. I have been a recipient of Cummins Fellowship for graduate study(Masters) and the Ross Fellowship for PhD program.
