Mollet, a junior from Crown Point, Indiana, is pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering at Purdue University in Indianapolis. Aside from her involvement with the Leadership Team for M&M, she is also a student advisor for the IUPUI Alpha Lambda Delta/Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society chapters, the Indy liaison for Alpha Eta Mu Beta (BME Honor Society) at Purdue, and a member of Society of Women Engineers. Outside of school, she loves to travel, read, and spend time exploring Indy with her friends and family.

"Being a part of the M&M program in the fall really reminded me of how much I wanted a community of woman engineers to surround myself with my freshman year, so when the application opened to join the LT, I knew I had to apply! I'm excited to continue to grow this community in Indianapolis and help encourage these ladies to show everyone the strong, smart, and confident women in engineering they are. I truly believe the path to any person's success can start with just one person believing in them, and I hope to be that person for any of these amazing women who may need it."
