Abhronil Sengupta starts position at Penn State

Former NRL student Abhronil Sengupta started his new position at Penn State, University Park, this fall.  He joins the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science as an Assistant Professor.  He has also started the Neuromorphic Computing Lab.
