My grandmother passed a little over a week ago, and my family is having a family wide meeting to discuss her will. It just so happens that it lines up during our VIP meeting time.

As for my team, I have been in communication with them and work will continue as usual, I am just unable to make the presentation.

I have just been notified this morning of an important meeting I must attend tomorrow, Feb 20th, which overlaps with our meeting time for VIP (5:30pm-6:20pm). Since I will be unable to make it to our regularly scheduled meeting time tomorrow, is there anything I may do to make up for this absence?
