We would like to invite you to participate in the LLM Hackathon for Applications in Materials Science & Chemistry, taking place September 11-12, 2025 at Purdue University. Participants will work in teams to address a problem of their choice in materials science or chemistry using modern LLMs. The event will also feature tutorials on the latest developments by leaders in the field and online mentoring sessions to help teams overcome challenges.

Large Language Models (LLMs) have recently captured the attention of scientists worldwide, with studies highlighting their potential in chemistry and materials science.
