Dear All evaporator users,

  Due to ongoing issues with CHA evaporator programming & sweep issues, effective Monday March 19 all Chromium, Palladium, and Aluminum depositions will be moved from the CHA evaporator to the Lesker.  Please plan accordingly and for all Lesker depositions please submit your samples to Dave or myself and we will process them for you at no extra charge
