Zhuoxian,
The reason the system did not work for you was the programming had been changed in the controller.  The only two settings you need to change are the final thickness and rate of deposition.  As you were trained, there is no reason to change any other setting. Doing so leads to reports of the system either having problems or being down, which is not the case. If you would like another training session, please let me know and I will sit down with you this week for additional training/clarification.

When I use Leybold to deposit silver, it can not read the deposition rate after open the shutter.
I was OK when I deposit Al2O3.

Would you mind have a look at it.
