IMPORTANT FINAL DELIVERABLES INFORMATION
________________________________
DUE SATURDAY 12/11/2021 AT 11:59 PM

Please read this announcement carefully. It outlines all your INDIVIDUAL FINAL SEMESTER DELIVERABLES.

Missing any of the following will negatively impact your grade. NO LATE SUBMISSIONS.

This should be straight forward as long as you've kept up with your notebook. However, please comment here (or contact me directly) with questions if you have any after reading this.

List of Individual Deliverables Due Saturday 12/11/2021 by 11:59 p.m.

  1. Individual Evaluation Rubric-IER (Brightspace):
     * IER Template can be found on Brightspace in the content page under the "Individual Evaluation Rubric (IER)" Tab.
     * Read the "IER_Instructions" document and please make sure to fill out the appropriate IER template for your grade level.
     * Outline your individual accomplishments with detail description and explain why you deserve a certain grade. Mention where in your notebook evidence can be found for your work.
     * Upload your completed IER by submitting to the Assignment “Individual Evaluation Rubric - Final".
  2. Individual Design Notebook (MS Teams OneNote Tab)
     * Goals - For Each week, list out your INDIVIDUAL Tasks. Use the SMART goals approach.
     * Work & Accomplishments - For each of your Tasks for each week, provide evidence of your INDIVIDUAL efforts. Writing a few bullet points about what you did is not sufficient, make sure to add supporting documentation, pictures, data, etc.
     * Weekly Reflections - Based on your efforts (Individual or Team) and experiences over the week, write a reflection following the reflection guidelines. The reflection should not be a summary of your week’s tasks.
     * Notebooks must be complete up to and including Week 15.
  3. Semester Reflection (MS Teams OneNote Tab)
     * Look back at the semester as a whole for this reflection.
     * Refer to the Reflection prompt on your notebook template for details on themes and topics you can consider discussing.
  4. Peer Evaluations (CATME)
     * To be completed on the CATME website. Check your Purdue email inbox for an invitation to the CATME evaluation. Regardless, you may login with your Purdue email and password on https://www.catme.org/login/<https://purdue.us4.list-manage.com/track/click?u=593b57fc7fffe72c5b100f338&id=7d944fae2f&e=050dcbc5a4>.
     * Confirm task completion in Brightspace by going to the Assignment “Peer Review – Final” section and selecting “Mark as Complete”.
     * Give professional and constructive comments on individuals you have worked with. This is to be done for each member in your project team.
     * If you have worked directly with anyone on the leadership team (PM, Financial Officer, Communications Officer) and would like to give feedback, you can add those comments in end of the CATME survey where you have the opportunity to give confidential comments to the TAs and advisors.
  5. PDH Report for returning or 2 credit EPICS students (Brightspace)
     * Navigate to "PDHs for Returning or Two Credit Hour Students" on the Brightspace Content page.
     * Download and fill out the "Personal Professional Development Report" document with a summary of what you have learned from the PDHs you attended.
     * Submit to assignment named the "Personal Professional Development Report" by the deadline.
  6. Purdue Course Evaluation (Brightspace)
     * You will receive email notifications and Brightspace reminders to complete the course evaluations for EPICS. Complete the Purdue Course Evaluation and submit a screenshot of completion as a Teams direct message to me.

Miscellaneous

  1. If you have unexcused absences, you can make up for each missed lab by completing 1 extra PDH and writing a summary of what you learned, in your notebook. Add a note stating what week's absence it is making up for.
  2. You do not have to complete an extra PDH for excused absences, i.e., if you gave me/the advisor prior notice about your absence with a valid reason. If you're not sure about your absence tally, send me a message.
