Hi all,

With reviews starting tomorrow, I wanted to send a few pointers on your remote review:

  * Video should be shared from the active project team presenters only

  * Ask everyone to mute themselves if not speaking and turn off video unless presenting
     * Politely ask reviewers to mute when not asking questions
  * Introduce each project member before presenting
  * Ask reviewers to introduce themselves
  * Let reviewers know they can ask questions audibly at the end of each project or through the chat if they don't have a mic or don't want to speak
  * Some reviewers will have last second conflicts or technical troubles and won't make it in time. You may wait a few minutes to let them join, but out of respect for the time of those who are present, please start your presentations no more than five minutes after the scheduled start time.
  * Be sure to thank your reviewers after questions are finished
  * The reviewers will send their feedback to the EPICS office, and we will distribute it too you as soon as we can.

Good luck with your presentations,
Andrew
