ECEA []Purdue Day at the Indiana State Fair

Hello Ambassadors!

I hope your summer has been great so far, and that you are enjoying the last 
couple of weeks until the start of the fall semester.

Before school starts, there is one important event that needs your 
participation. Purdue Day at the Indiana State Fair will take place on Friday, 
August 13th, and it's an all-day event. The School of Electrical and Computer 
Engineering will be highlighted along with all the other schools in the college 
of engineering and we need to be represented well.

I need 2 volunteers for each of the three shifts throughout the day:
Shift 1: 9 am - 1 pm
Shift 2: 1 pm - 4.30 pm
Shift 3: 4:30 pm - 7 pm

Please e-mail me if you can volunteer for any of these times. 

This event will take place at the Indiana State Fair Grounds in Indianapolis. 
There are two ways to get there: by driving or by taking the buses that Purdue 
provides for this event. 
If you would like to drive, please mention that in your confirmation email so 
that the department can file documents for transportation reimbursement. If you 
prefer riding a bus, there is an online signup form:

Note that the shift beginning/end times align with the bus schedules (it takes 
about 1.5 hours from campus to the fairgrounds).
