ECN is updating and patching Atom and so it will be offline from around 5am to 7am on Thursday.  

Also as noted on the login 'spalsh screen' : All supported ECN machines will be receiving large update packages between Aug 7th and Aug 16th. To prepare for these updates, please log off or restart your machine at the end of EACH day, so these packages can install smoothly. .
