Prof. Venkatesh Merwade will be leading students to India over Winter Break,  December 21-January 6.  This course is a case study on water poverty in Rural India.  You will learn about the fresh water crisis that exists in the Mewat and Alwar districts and rural agricultural valleys in Northern India. Students will also visit the Taj Mahal, tour Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, Agra to visit the Wildlife SOS (elephants), Jaipur, Step wells, Amber Fort, and many more activities along with a New Year's Eve Celebration.

The Moh Scholarship is available to all Civil and Construction Engineering students only- $1,000 (as long as you haven't used it previously, also open to non-US Citizens)
The office of Global Partnerships and Programs is also offering a $500 Scholarship for all participating students.
Any student who files a FAFSA may also qualify for the Giant Leaps Scholarship (apply on your My Study Abroad page)  There is no obligation just to apply.
