[Cce-graduates-list] New myPurduePortal Reminder

Hello CCE Grad Students,

I will assume that you have seen the new myPurdue update by now.  Purdue IT is continuing to make updates, however there are still a few places that are confusing.  You may be seeing a card labelled "Degree Planning & Audit" - see screenshot below.

This card is NOT relevant to graduate students.  It is for undergraduate and professional students.  Please do not use this card for any graduation or commencement planning.

I have one more update to share on the myPurduePortal front.

Some of you noticed that the "Degree Planning & Audit" card was bookmarked for all students, even though it is not applicable to grad students. Though we do not currently have a way to remove the bookmark for grad students, we have added a red message stating that this is for "Undergraduate & Professional Students Only." Please advise your graduate students to unbook mark this, and once that is done, it should no longer appear on their landing page:

The new myPurduePortal went live today. I have received several requests for the student view of the Graduate Students card, so wanted to share of screenshot of that in case it is also helpful to others:

The cards with the lock in the top right corner are locked and cannot be removed by the student. The cards with the banner in the top right are bookmarked on the page, but individual students can chose to remove them if not applicable.
