Dear CE Faculty & Instructors,

Hope that you are well as the end of this spring term draws near. As we look ahead now to fall, this would be a good time to submit requests for evening exams. Please be guided by the university policy on evening exams<https://www.purdue.edu/registrar/faculty/scheduling/even-final_exam_schedule.html>, and use the link below to access the request form. Please return completed forms to me.

When filling out the form, please note the following:

  *   Evening exams are not scheduled on Fridays
  *   Do not sign the signature line at the bottom of the form as that is intended for the Department Head.
