Greetings from Indo-US Science & Technology Forum!

Indo-US Science & Technology Forum has been successfully running the Research Internships in Science & Engineering (RISE) program from last four years. The Program provides a unique opportunity for science, technology, engineering and medical students from the United States to undertake internship for a period of 3 months in national laboratories, federal research centers, academic research institutes and private R & D laboratories in India.

The objective of the program is to provide students exposure to Indian S&T milieu, gain practical skills and develop collaborative networks. Internships are envisaged as a source of mutual cultural and professional enrichment for both the interns and their host institutions. The call for 2014 is currently on with submission deadline of 31 March 2014. Please find attached the announcement for the program.
