[BNC-grads-list] Request for Info - BNC Progress Report

Dear Graduate Students,

Every year we are required to submit a BNC Progress Report to Discovery Park Administration.  It will cover the time period of July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013.  Below is some information we need to collect from you in order to compete this report.
