[BNC-grads-list] Replenish Gloves

I was wondering who would place the lab supplies in the labs?? And what would 
be the procedure??? Back in EE days the labs were replenished with lab 
supplies by the staff, mostly without students making any request.

Would someone please explain the process in vogue.
