The new NSF ERC solicitation 11-537 on NanoSystems is out, and the information can be found at...

The deadline for letters of intent is July 15, and for full proposals is September 16, 2011 (no pre-proposals are required).  To the best of my knowledge, this is NOT a limited-submission solicitation.
