[BNC-all] Travel Credit Card - Fraudulent Charges

Some travelers are seeing fraudulent charges on their Purdue travel card from Krubs LLC. These charges appear to be in the month of  July. Please check your charges in your Concur account. If you have fraudulent charges please see below.


Fraudulent Charges

If fraudulent charges appear on your card, immediately contact:
*         JP Morgan Chase (800-316-6056).  This number can be used 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.
*         Complete a dispute form within 60 days of the transaction.
*         Notify PCO staff via email at tcard at purdue.edu<mailto:tcard at purdue.edu>.  Advise if you will need a replacement card.
*         PCO will notify appropriate authorities, if required.
*         Card replacement will take 3-5 business days when requested directly from JP Morgan Chase.

NOTE:  If you need to contact Chase directly, you may be asked to provide the last 4 digits of your SSN and/or your mother's maiden name.  For the purpose of this card, use the last 4 digits of your PUID in place of the SSN.  This information was collected on the Visa Travel Card Agreement when the card was requested.
