[BNC-all] Cleanroom and Laboratories Open

The preventive maintenance shutdown has been completed successfully and ahead of schedule, due to the efforts of Mark Voorhis, the Engineering Staff, and the Physical Facilities trades.  The cleanroom and laboratories are now open for operation.

Some equipment is still shut down for maintenance, or is in the process of being started back up.  Please check Coral for equipment status.
