*Update for BNC PM-Shutdown --*

Necessary maintenance is complete, the BNC chemical exhaust systems and
toxic gas systems have returned to normal.  **All labs, the cleanroom,
and solvent hoods have reopened (thus all door signs have been removed).**

Unfortunately, the quality of the Ultra Pure Water (UPW) system has not
yet stabilized.  **As a result, the acid hoods remain closed until
further notice.**  We will monitor the UPW system over night and update
all users on the status by Friday at noon.

Thank you for your patience during this preventative maintenance process
and your understanding during this extended delay.
