[BNC-all] LABORATORIES SHUT DOWN: processed water and steam systems down

Please note that we have been advised that the process water and steam
systems are down until at least tomorrow morning.  Therefore, the cleanroom
and other labs have been closed.

This will also affect the building temperature ‹ could be hot and humid or
cold and humid, I¹ve been told.
