The U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to award a  
purchase order, using FAR Part 13 procedures, for consultation  
services with the best available chemical and or physical/biomedical  
expert who can provide advice regarding the physical and chemical  
properties of nanomaterial products that may potentially become  
environmental contaminants and potential hazards to human health.
