Requesting a ReservationGeneral users can have resources reserved for them by sending a request to the Administrator or Manager of the entity that owns the resource.
To send a request:
First, view the availability of the resource. If the calendar shows that the resource is not already reserved during the time when you need it, click the button labeled "Request Reservation." Click on the resource to find out more information on it. Then go back and choose this manager (or a manager you work closely with) from the list of managers Fill out the form and click "Request Reservation."
The manager will receive your request in the form of an e-mail. If
your request is approved, the manager will add your reservation to the RAT and
you can view the resource's availability for your requested time slot to see if
your request went through.
