Administrator HelpRAT Administrators/Managers have abilities not granted to general users. Their abilities show up as links along the left side of screen when viewing an entity. There are three levels of administrators: Entity Administrators, Entity Managers, and Site Administrators. Certain privileges are restricted to the higher-level administrators. If you do not have access to a tool that you know you should be able to use, or if you do not know what level you are, please contact the ECN Webmaster. Administrator Help Topics
