Adding and Deleting Reasons

When an administrator/manager reserves a resource, they are presented with a list of reasons for the reservation from which they can choose. If there is a reason that is used often but there is no entry for it on the list, an Entity Administrator or Manager can add it to the list.

To add a reason, click "Edit Reasons" from the left sidebar. Add the name of the new reason to the field labeled "New Reason" and click the "Add Reason" button. You should see a message confirming your addition, and the new reason will appear in the current reasons list.

To delete a reason, click "Edit Reasons" from the left sidebar. Choose the name of the reason you wish to delete from the current reasons list and click "Delete Reason." You should see a message confirming your deletion, and the reason will disappear from the current reasons list.
