Qian Qian
Qian Qian received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Science and Technology of China. He is now a PhD student under the guidance of Prof. Liang Pan and Prof. Justin Weibel. He is working on electronic chip cooling with microchannel oscillating heat pipes. Through his experimental and numerical work, he has developed skills in MEMS fabrication and abilities in modeling of thermofluidic phenomena. |
