Nolan Gronowski

Nolan Gronowski is a 4th-year undergraduate student studying Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University. He has worked with Ritwik Kulkarni under the guidance of Dr. Marconnet to study the pump-out effect and degradation of thermal greases for better thermal performance in electronic packaging. Over the summer he will work with the Purdue Applied Research Institute to simulate microelectronics cooling for NSWC Crane.
