Addressing any or all of these challenges in both pasta cooking methods creates a great opportunity for a new product. The traditional method brings to light the inconveniences of needing a stove and watching the entire process. On the other hand, there are few electric pasta cookers that cook pasta easily and well, and none that are automated. This new product will not only appeal to chefs that need more time to tend to other things, but also to those that don’t have access to a stove.
