Ashwin Kidambi


Ashwin Kidambi is an undergraduate student pursuing a BSME degree at Purdue University. Previously, he has worked on a research project regarding the testing and rating of residential HVAC systems. He is currently working on thermal management for High-power 3D chip packages under the supervision of Prof. Liang Pan.
