This page was designed to describe the results of Funwork #3.  It is divided into several parts in order to make navigation easier.  The first part includes the development of a WTA algorithm, and then observing its operation with a few simple examples.  The second part describes the investigation of a 2-neuron Hopfield network, with the resulting phase portrait and equilibrium states.
