Instantaneous velocity and temperature distribution around a group of buildings predicted by LES

This research project is to use advanced CFD models, such as LES and URANS, to study airflow around buildings for natural ventilation. With a suitable climate condition, building can be cooled with the compressorless cooling method. This has a great implication on building energy consumption.
