C++ code for HAADF and BF STEM tomography.

- Development of an algorithm for rapid computation and tracking of the magnetic orientation of a downhole LWD tool
- Programmed algorithm using fixed point arithmetic (firmware) on a dsPIC
- Designed calibration routines for conversion of raw voltage signal to magnetic field in Gauss/Tesla.

- Developed MATLAB code for extracting (tracking, I-Q channel demodulation) the information in various channels from a oversampled IS95 CDMA waveform
- Wrote PERL scripts to extract information from the log files generated from the MATLAB code

- Redesigned existing hardware for acquiring speech signals from a telephone
- Feature extraction using MFCC
- Clustering using a Gaussian Mixture Model with parameter estimation using the Expectation Maximization algorithm
- Experimented with different features (LPCC) and tested accuracy
