Outreach Activities
Nuclear Reactor and Radiation Experiments outreach to High School Students and teachers. The School of Nuclear Engineering has a statewide program on Nuclear Reactor education and research. Over 800 high school students and several high school teachers visit the school each year. They perform daylong hands-on experiments at the reactor and radiation lab, learn about radiation science, and measurement and application.
