Welcome to my website. I work at Qualcomms’s new Bay Area Research And Development Center (BARD) on leveraging digital wireless technologies in new directions. Previously I received a Ph.D. degree from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering  at Purdue University working with Dr. Y. Charlie Hu and a Masters degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

We are recruiting for multiple internship positions at the Qualcomm Bay Area Research Center. There are several for the summer and a few for spring+summer. If you have expertise in wireless sensor networks, localization, computer graphics, wireless measurements, mobile computing please send your CV to bard.resumes at qualcomm dot com

My primary research interest is in wireless technology and its applications such as sensing, last-mile access, robotics and spontaneous collaboration, mobile networking etc. I have worked at industrial research labs at Microsoft, Intel and Qualcomm on these topics.

A list of my professional experience (service, teaching and industrial) is here.

A list of talks I have delivered is here.
