Overview

The Research Consortium for Multidisciplinary System Design was created in 2006 to foster fundamental research with industrial applications and to support education in multidisciplinary system design.  This workshop, the seventh held by the consortium, will provide a two-day overview of recent activities, relevant concepts in multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO), and on-going research to tackle future challenges in MDO.

Faculty members from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford University, the University of Michigan, and Purdue University organize the annual invitation-only workshop on a rotating basis.

Location

This year, the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Purdue University is hosting the workshop.

The workshop will take place in Room B071 of the Neil Armstrong Hall of Engineering on the Purdue campus in West Lafayette, Indiana.
