Download the browser with source code and 11,000 example images. (slower download)
Download TCL package: 8.05 (required to run browser)
Look for another version of TCL package

Notes: The untilies for adding images to the database are not very highly optimized, so adding a lot of images can be very slow. Therefore, I recommend that you start with the version of the software that includes the 11,000 images, so you can see how it works before having to add your own images.
