The objective of this laboratory is to understand the concepts of model-based reconstruction and apply them to the problem of tomographic reconstruction.
To run this laboratory, you will need:
Laboratory Procedure - Instructions in pdf format for running the laboratory.
C-code - A GitHub repository containing an example ANSI C programs.
MATLAB code - MATLAB code to view output files.
Phantom Data - Contains input parameter files and sinogram data for a Shepp phantom; destination of reconstructed output.
run.sh - Executes mbir_ct executable file that is created after compiling code in C-code directory.
