Model-Based Iterative Reconstruction (MBIR) Software for X-ray CT
Model-Based Iterative Reconstruction (MBIR) is an iterative algorithm,
which can be used to solve a wide variety of tomographic reconstruction problems.
This software implements the MBIR algorithm for the 2D parallel-beam X-ray CT systems in C.
Given the input sinogram data with a set of system configuration parameters,
the software generates the reconstructed images.
The software also includes a simple routine for computing the projections from an input images using a linear operator based on the ray-tracing model.
