Research Interest:
Research focuses on the production of energy crops, biomass characterization, handling and transport logistics; biomass, biofuels and bioenergy production and utilization. Ongoing research work on transportation logistics of biomass from the field to bio-conversion plants, biomass handling (corn stover, switchgrass and distillers grains), and biomass utilization for fuel, heat and power production. Extensive research experience in post-harvest handling of grains and oilseeds, especially with respect to stored product protection.
