Indianapolis YMG Visit

WHEN: March 31st | 8:00AM-4:00PM
WHERE: Indianapolis, IN
We have the opportunity to visit the Younger Members Group of ASCE in Indianapolis at their Annual Metropolitan Indianapolis Branch Younger Members Group College Outreach Event. On this visit, we will be attending a networking luncheon and presentation with the younger members of ASCE in Indianapolis from about 10:00AM-2:00PM (not including travel time). These younger members work at a variety of the companies that are located in Indianapolis including HNTB, Structurepoint, Black&Veatch, so it's a great networking opportunity! Please fill out this form so we get an idea of interest and arrange transportation.

ASCE BBQ

WHEN: April 4th | 5:00PM-8:00PM
WHERE: Engineering Lawn
Join us on the engineering lawn for a cookout and some fun and games outside in celebration of CE Week! All civils are welcome, so invite all your friends! Free food!

Purdue Civil Wide Bridge Bust

WHEN: April 3rd
WHERE: TBD
This event has a very similar format to the highschool Bridge Bust event above, but this competition will be between the students here at Purdue ! You will be designing a small bridge made out of balsa wood. In early March, we will bring all the teams together to load them.
COMPETITION DAY IS CLOSED! Sign up in teams of up to 5. To sign up and collect materials and rules, just stop by the ASCE office (HAMP 2154) during office hours (posted on our website).

Pancakes with ASCE

WHERE: Wood Commons
Join us in Wood Commons and grab some FREE breakfast on your way to class next Wednesday!

Citibus Site Visit

WHEN: April 5th | @ 2:00 PM
WHERE: Board 4B in front of Krannert
We will be visiting the main distribution center for CityBus to learn more about their transportation system and the background tasks required to allow smooth route schedules. If you're interested, please fill out the headcount survey below.

How To Join!

COST: $25 or $20 if ASCE National Member
WHERE: HAMP 2154
Dues can be dropped off to an officer in HAMP 2154 during the office hours posted. To join ASCE national go to the ASCE national webpage at http://www.asce.org/ or stop our office. You will be able to pay dues at any of our general meetings or industry speaker meetings!
