The lab's mission is to pursue innovations that enable the design and use of future VLSI Systems-on-chip.
We are developing Architectures, System-level Design Methodology, and Software Programming Frameworks
to address challenges and opportunities posed by the applications of the future (such as Recognition, Mining and Synthesis),
architectural trends (such as massive chip-scale parallelism),
and extreme device scaling (such as process variations and reliability).
We develop techniques for low-power and high-performance design, and also address emerging design dimensions such as security.
