Propulsion System Design Software for MATLAB
The following MATLAB software will help design an aircraft, propeller, gearbox, electric motor, and battery.
Main_System_Design.m (main program, this MATLAB script calls the following functions)
DesignAircraft.m (determines aircraft operating conditions)
DesignProp.m (determines propeller operating conditions)
PlotProp.m (plots propeller data)
motordata.m (contains motor constants for several motors)
MotorMaxEff.m (determines conditions for operating the motor at maximum efficiency)
MotorInputs.m (finds motor inputs given motor outputs)
MotorOutputs.m (finds motor outputs given motor inputs)
motor.m (shows porperties of motors)
MotorPlot2.m (plots additional motor data)
Output of MATLAB script including figures (.pdf)
