I am currently a Post-Doctorate fellow in Agricultural Engineering.

Working with Dr. Gary Krutz, I am developing software for color classification and quality control. The objective is to facilitate the development of industrial applications. We are also building an inspection and 3D sizing system using machine vision and lasers.

My other interests are artificial intelligence for quality control, and coupling image processing with finite element analysis for modelling food processing.

During my Ph.D. at Purdue I developed color classification methods for biomaterials, working with Pioneer Hi-Bred International on seed corn quality control.

My MS at ENSIA-Massy, FRANCE, was on the use of machine vision for cracker inspection, at the exit of an industrial baking oven. I am also a Food Process engineer from ENSIA-Massy.
