The DSN-DCCS 2011 PC Meeting is coming up at Purdue, West Lafayette, Indiana. It will be on Feb 21-22.
We plan to start at 8.30 am on the first day and go on till early evening. On the second day, the goal
is to wrap up by early afternoon, about 2 pm.
This web form is to get to know your attendance status. Depending on that, I ask you for some other
information that will be needed to run the meeting smoothly. All entries are optional, except attendance status and name.

The buildings that we will be in are abbreviated as: PMU and STEW and the closest cross-street is State and Grant.
Parking
The closest parking facility is the Grant Street Parking Garage (abbreviated as PGG in the map). For those of you driving in, I will arrange for campus parking permits for you and have them at your hotel.
Meals
We will have light breakfasts and boxed lunches in the meeting rooms on both days. We will go out for a relaxing dinner on day 1.

If you will be attending remotely, we will set up a Skype bridge on which you can connect.
I will need to know your Skype ID and for backup purposes, ID on another messenger software.
For coordinating when you will need to be present, it is important for me to know what papers
you have conflicts on,
in addition to any paper that you have already flagged as being in
conflict at the time of bidding .
I will also need to know what times you will be available to participate remotely.
