DCSL Fall 2015 beginning-semester get-together
When: Aug 29 (Sat) 6.00 pm - 9.00 pm
Where: Prophetstown State Park - Bergamot Shelter in the Prairieview Picnic Area
What: Food and games - both active (soccer) and lazy (board games)
This is to celebrate the promise of a new semester with lots of papers, proposals, talks, and good company. We are doing it in a slightly out-of-the-way but scenic Prophetstown State Park with vast open spaces.
Suggestions:
1. Car pool as much as possible. They charge a per car admission fee for the park of $8. We can reimburse you for that.
2. Bring board games.
3. Bring bug repellant.
4. Come with an appetite and ready for fun and camaraderie.
