For all the help and the good times over the Spring 2012 semester, let us celebrate. Last semester I seemed to spend half my time in transit between Austin and here and you helped me keep things straight. This was even as I wrote an unending number of proposals, hired more students, and filed travel or purchase requests. Let us celebrate while the semester draws to an end and the pace starts to become less breathless.

Instructions: We will go for lunch on one of the days indicated. To beat the lunchtime rush, I am thinking we will go 12.30-1.30. If a day of the week listed below works for you, indicate a "Y"; if it does not, put down a "N". I will send out the decision as soon as I hear from all of you.

So fill your cuisine choice. "1" indicates the most preferred and "6" the least. Put a "1" by the option "Any cuisine works for me" if that is the case and then you can leave the other cuisine entries blank. A "0" indicates that cuisine is an absolute no-no. If there is a specific place you would like to go to, you can put the name in "Other". If there is any other cuisine that you would like to pick, put it down under "Other Cuisine".
