For all the help and the good times over the Fall 2015 semester, let us celebrate with a lunch on Dec 11 (Fri). As I wrote innumerable proposals, hired research staff, did all sorts of contortions in my class, got new research contracts and grants, I was so glad that you were there to keep the train zipping along fast. So let us celebrate while the semester draws to an end and the pace starts to become less breathless.

Instructions: We will go leave for lunch at 11.30 and plan to be back by 1.30. Please indicate your preference for a restaurant below. Put down as HL (High like), L (Like), N (Neutral), D (Dislike), and HD (High dislike). You can also write in the name of another restaurant.
