For all the help and good times over the last semester as I wrote an unending number of proposals, needed an unending set of letters from the head, or just wanted plain advice on labyrinthine Purdue matters, let us celebrate. While it is still summer and while it is still warm and sunny.

Instructions: We will go for lunch on one of the days indicated. Indicate which day works for you. "1" denotes that it works best, "3" the least preferred, put "1" under "Any day works" if that is the case, put "0" under a day that does not work for you at all.
