Stephen Scheuerle received his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2018. He earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Purdue University in 2021 and 2024, respectively. At Purdue, Stephen was awarded the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. His research focused on developing transfer design strategies leveraging the Earth-Moon-Sun four-body problem coupled with low-thrust propulsion. Stephen is now a trajectory designer on the Gateway mission design team at NASA's Johnson Space Center.
